China Creates & Finances New Beijing Food Logistic Zone

February 19, 2009 – Rockland, MA - The Municipal Beijing Government, backed by the National Government has announced the creation of the new “Beijing Southwest Liangxiang Food Logistics Zone”. The 700 acre site is located 22 km from Beijing City Center and has direct access off the 6th Ring Road, rail spurs & adjacent cargo airport.  All utilities are in place, ample water/electric is available & all permits are in place from the local government and The Peoples Republic of China.  Attractive build-to-suit programs with long term leases financed by the government are available.
